KDE Plasma Wayland not keeping some window position rules

There’s issue reported
Currently some apps are keeping their position (Audacious). How to fix others?
Command-line arguments for the app didn’t help
QT_QPA_PLATFORM=xcb -- %U

AFAIK Wayland currently has no mechanism to specify the position of a window on the screen, so that a non-maximized window always opens at the screen center.
But since I’m not a regular Plasma user, others may know better.

It works until logout. Maybe also need to save a Plasma session.

A quick side note:

The “Session Restore” of KDE/Plasma on Wayland does restore the windows always in a single “Virtual Desktop”.
While with KDE/Plasma on X11, the windows are restored in the Virtual Desktop I left them.

Context:
OS: openSUSE Leap 16.0
Session Restore Setting: System Settings > Session > Session Restore: “On login, launch apps that were open: On last logout”

Cheers Simon

Hi, just finished power cycle and it looks like the first option in the link presented by @karlmistelberger Post #6 worked.

I don’t know why this is not more well known in KDE Discuss?
