I have opensuse 13.2 with KDE plasma 5 and the problem is the hour in screen look (ctrl+alt+L ) is different to hour my system,
why?

No idea. I have never seen such a problem here, my lock screen does show the correct time.
Does the digital clock in the panel show the correct time, or the same wrong time as the lock screen?
Do you have the correct time zone set in YaST->System->Date and Time? Is this reflected in Systemsettings5->Regional Settings->Date & Time?
What does “date” show? What does “sudo hwclock -rD” show?
