KDE on Tumbleweed crashes

Hi,

I’m bringing this up again because I experienced exactly the same thing. I clicked on the clock on the panel and everything froze, even though the mouse pointer kept moving. I couldn’t get to the terminals and did a hard reset. Didn’t try ssh… I’ll try next time, seems like a good idea.

My journal also has no trace of this. Anything I can do to figure out what’s going on? What thumbnails did you disable and how?

How do you update? Only zypper dup is supported in Tw

I use tumbleweed-cli, and update with ‘tumbleweed update’, which I believe changes the repository and calls zypper dup.
