My Thunderbird and Firefox notifications are clickable, and open the app.
However, Slack and Discord app notifications show up and look great, but are not clickable, and do not open the app. I’ve realized that it’s any Flatpak app that has this problem.

It actually worked a few weeks ago for a single day and it was great! - but I don’t know what changed. 
I’ve done a bunch of internet searching, but most people have the problem of Flatpak notifications not showing up at all, or all notifications aren’t clickable regardless of how the apps are installed.
