KDE in 11.2 rc1

I have just installed 11.2 RC1. I was running milestone 8 with no problems.
RC1 is also running like a dream, but I have noticed that on this install (from dvd) KDE is version 4.3.1, whereas on milestone 8 it was 4.3.2.
Is there a reason for this?

Might have been some issues.
It might be back for 11.2 final though, but meh one can install 4.3.2 on their own.
