Hello,
I installed OpenSUSE 11.2 and manipultes Window Behavior from Personl Settings so I can’t access to my account while login. I use kde.
Now I can access the system from the root login.
How can I restablish the kde default settings on my account from the root account?
Best Regards

NEVER EVER LOGIN AS ROOT
Create a new user, see if that user can login.
rm -r /home/~/.kde*
rm -r /home/~/.skel
This will reset your KDE Settings.
Thank you.
I rename $HOME/.kde4 and now I can login. The few settings that I made are lost. But now I can work.

very -=welcome=-
note: you may (probably will) find other who will say it is not a
problem as long as you are quick, don’t make a practice of it, etc etc
etc…
my best advice is to not listen to them because they are misinformed…
