Well, I tried before compiz and didn’t worked properly, now I was about to try kwin and it goes awfuly worse. I don’t know if it’s a problem of compatibility, but my ATI Radeon 3200 HD is well detected by OpenSUSE, but whenever I try to turn on some Kwin effects, it freezes and I need to manually restart my notebook. I don’t know what to do. Need help. Perhaps I will try installing KDE 4.4 to see if the problem gets solved. I have OpenSUSE 11.2, with KDE 4.3 installed.
