don’t know if you know the new Kubuntu desktop, but if you do, tell me how I can incorporate that look into openSuse.
My apologies if it is in the upcoming release.
Unless the theme and wallpaper are not available through KDE, you should be able to create something identical. Even if the wallpaper is not a KDE one, you should be able to copy it over and use it with openSUSE. However, it may be more difficult to install a non-standard KDE theme, though I would be surprised if the Kubuntu team has created such a theme.
