I want it to look like this:
RandomNameInTheFileN
ameBox.cpp
but it ends up looking like this:
RandomNameInThe
FileNameBox.cpp
(I have pictures, if that would explain easier).
So how do I get it the way I want?

Given the Dolphin View Mode “Icons”, the only thing I’ve found which changes where the file name is wrapped is, the Icon size – a larger Icon wraps less, a smaller Icon wraps more …
It wraps the way I want if all of the text is lower-case and written as a single word. So besides the Icon hack, is there a script-like thingie (as in nautilus) that will let me change the word wrapping?
AFAIK there is no way to change Dolphin’s wordwrap behaviour.
You could put in a “Feature Request” at https://bugs.kde.org/ and hope… although I doubt many people will want the behaviour you describe.
