KDE Desktop Surrounded by Black Space That's Only Visible When I Scroll to the Bottom

The screenshot shows that the desktop is scaled down but in reality it fills the entire screen and the black space is only visible when I scroll the mouse to the bottom of the taskbar.

OpenSUSE Tumbleweed, entirely new install, no package besides NVIDIA’s drivers. So I assume it must related to them but it only started happening after the second restart.

Changing display scaling or resolution has no effect at all, still surrounded by black space at 100% or 1080p or both

Any clues why might be happening? Should I try reinstall drivers? I already have to do that multiple times but everything seemed to finally be working fine yesterday.

But you fail to tell us which Desktop Environment you use.

Sorry about that, it’s KDE (I’m not sure is it possible to edit the title here?)

Those zillion year old default nearly invisible minimalist titlebar icons on right end are the giveaway the Desktop is Plasma. :stuck_out_tongue:
