I have KDE Connect (Plasma 5 version) installed on my Plasma 5 Tumbleweed installed. I would like to completely wipe out the config files to reset it. I’ve looked through the regular config files, but it seems like I’m missing one since it hasn’t reverted back to default. Does anyone know the location for these config files? I looked around Google, but couldn’t find anything that was completely comprehensive.
Run KDE Connect in terminal with prefix strace -e open
I don’t have experience with KDE connect. However, Plasma 5 does move the configurations files for most software.
With KDE4, it was in “.kde4” under your home directory. For Plasma5, it is under “.config”. Old applications will still be using “.kde4”, but the newer versions intended for Plasma5 have config somewhere under “.config”.
