Hi, I have opensuse11 with kd and gnome installed.
I logged out of KDE and into gnome, now I have kde apps showing up in the gnome menu.
Also gnome is playing .wmv in Amarock which I had in KDE.
Can I run Amarock in gnome?
Is it OK to have these kde apps showing up under the gnome menu?

Sure you can. Gnome can run KDE apps just fine. In fact I’ve a few KDE apps
running here on my Gnome, as Ilike the KDE apps better than their Gnome
counterparts. AmaroK for example.

Yes, that’s just fine, you only start what you need right. If they show up
in the menu is just aplus as it makes it easier to find them,
