KDE Application Menu Icon Disappeared

SuSE 11.2

The KDE Classic application menu icon has disappeared. Resizing the panel does not disclose it. The icon is still present for the root and new user logins.

Is there an easy way of getting it back? I had modified the application listing to include Windows applications using Crossover.

KDE 3.5 seems less problematic. I noticed it was no longer an install option on 11.2 as opposed to 11.0. Thanks in advance.

Just right click the panel, go down to “panel options” and select “add widgets”
Or just click the “cashew” in the panel on the right side and select “add widgets”
Drag and drop or add to panel will re add the menu.
You want to add the application launcher menu widget

Thank you. I was hoping the solution was just that easy. Does anyone know if 11.0 or 11.1 is the last version with a KDE 3.5 install option?

11.1 is the last time KDE3 is officially supported in openSUSE, shame too as I still think KDE3 has features still not present in KDE4 and by the time they will it will be probably time for bloody KDE5 starting the process over again…
Blargh.
