Hello,
After upgrade to KDE 6 , It takes a very long time to start a session (> 15sec ) . After removing the kde-connect application, the session is starting normally and the panel is starting normally ( not frozen).
Read the mailing list. This was mentioned there…
THanks for these informations
4. Plasmashell takes 25s during start if bluetooth not available:
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=481870
If kdeconnect-kde is installed on a system without bluetooth HW, it delays
Plasma start by 25s. Workaround is to disable the KDE Connect systray icon.
But could you add one information to upgrade ?.
If use to “zypper dup” under x11 or wayland , the upgrade will stop (closed graphical session) . Use a tty session (ctrl+f1) and do zypper dup.
Thanks for you help
Work fine with the Entry “KDE connect” disabled in the system tray setting . Thanks
My problem is closed and the KDE connect systray is ENABLE. The session start quicly.
