This is how my desktop looks like.

Cause everytime I boot up the PC it looks like this:

(Three of the symbols on the right side have changed it position to the left side)
Has anybody a idea why this is happening?
I should mention that I use a dual screen. Well actually I use a laptop which is plugged to a extern screen and use the laptops screen as a second screen on the left side.
Also I use opensuse 13.1 with KDE.
