And you want an ap that does what? You said “control her period.” Did you mean track it and give you some idea when it will occur next, when she’s fertile, etc? Or something else?
Well GregBrannon, I am pretty sure there is no application which is able to control a womans period, like switching the menstruation cycle to start with every first Wednesday in an month or something like that. 
I tried quite hard to find such an application (one that provides the option to check the cycle that is) and didnt’ find anything, but palladiums link seems promising.
I think he meant check. In most European languages control means to observe, to check, but in English it carries the meaning of to restrain or manipulate.
