KDE 4.8 Software Repositories - a post-upgrade question

I just finished upgrading my 12.1 test box to KDE 4.8, following the helpful hints here on the Forum

All went well, but I note one anomaly so far and wonder if it matters:

In Yast-Software Repositories display of my Configured Software Repositories, there seems to be a change in the sorting of repos based on priority.
Is seems like the sorting algorithm was changed from numeric to ascii, such that priority 101 is higher than 10.

Is this important?
I frequently park seldom used repos at (what used to be ) the bottom of the list (e.g. at 120), disabled and unrefreshed, so that I don’t have to search for them if I need them for some reason. Clearly, for not-enabled repositories this does not matter.

For Enabled repos, I am no longer sure if 1 is higher priority than 10 or 101(or if it really matters).

or Enabled repos, I am no longer sure if 1 is higher priority than 10 or 101(or if it really matters)

It really matters; and no, nothing has changed 10 is of higher priority than 100. (0 being the highest 200 the lowest)

I never touch the priorities, i.e. leave them as they come. In case of the KDE repos, I just perform the “Switch system packages…” action on the top right of Yast - Softwaremanagement. Never needed to do more.
