KDE 4.5 icons in KDE 4.3?

I would like to use the icon set from KDE 4.5 beta on 4.3, is that possible? If so, how would I go about it?

Try installing kdeartwork4-icons from the UNSTABLE repo. AFAIK that contains all the icons, and AFAIK the paths for the icons have not changed.
