[KDE 4.5/4.6] change panel height issue

When I try to set the height of a panel the height value is not showed correctly, and when I shrink to minimum heigh the displayed value goes on decreasing, showing even
meaningless negative values.

Ok I noticed this bug has already been reported in bugzilla: https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=653499
Maybe someone with a bugzilla account might add a post for notifying that the problem is still present with M4/kde 4.6 beta 1

it takes one or two minutes to set up your own account!

Ok I report the bug (moreover I found out that the forum login info is valid for the novel bugzilla account too).
