Hey,
Whenever I open a window, be it Firefox, KMail, the panel resizer, or the Kickoff menu, it opens about 1 inch above the panelbar.
Before this had happened, I tried plugging in another monitor (just to see if it would actually work) and when I unplugged it, all the windows opened above the panelbar.
Also, even if you maximize the window, it won’t go down to the panelbar.

EDIT: Never mind. I spent around an hour fiddling around with the monitor settings, then I re-connected the second monitor. After properly disconnecting the second monitor, everything was back to normal.
