KDE 4.3 RC2: Kmail will not quote when replying.

This problem is occurring in both 11.1 and 11.2-M3. When I reply to an e-
mail, none of the original message is quoted. I don’t see anything in
bugzilla so is it just me?

I noticed that last night when I was on MS3 and sent a reply to an email.
Did not get to look at it.
