This is weird but in 4 or 5 reboots of openSUSE 11.2 64 kwin effects are disabled 
It says that kwin composite have been disabled by another program.
Of course I can enable it but it’s annoying…
I have HP DV6 laptop with ATI Radeon HD4530 and property drivers.
