There is another thread dedicated to this problem.

Try to remove all plasmoids from your desktop and remove configurations
files:
I’m using openSUSE 10.3.
I have installed KDE3 (3.5.10) and KDE4 (4.1.3).
I’m trying to upgrade my KDE4 to 4.2 version by using the smart tool.
But I have following problems:
error: file /usr/share/man/ru/man1/kalzium.1.gz from install of
kde4-l10n-ru-4.2.0-14.6 conflicts with file from package
kde3-i18n-ru-3.5.10-5.22

How I can fix it? Or please tell me mailing list or other place where I
can submit this bug.

Sadly ZYpp ignores these problems forcing the installation even if that
means to overwrite files from other packages.
You can report it in bugzilla or opensuse-kde ML, but I don’t think it
will be ever fixed. It’s a minor problem and KDE3 is going to be dropped
anyway.
A “smart config --set rpm-force=True” should “fix” your problem.

There files are located under your users directory. You dont need to
use the su command, just simple:

Thanks! I didn’t know about this behavior of ZYpp.

Sorry, I thought it was fixed.
