KDE 4.2.4 and proxy settings

Hi all. I have been installed opensuse 11.1 from CD. I upgrade KDE 4.1.3 to KDE 4.2.4.

Problem: tab “Socks” in Network Configuration disappear.

How can I return it? Or how can I turn on socks client from konsole? (i need dante client). If I install it - it will not turn on automatically

Does anybody use Socks Proxy with KDE 4.2.4?
