The list under timezones in the digital clock settings contains only one option, UTC. And no matter which choice it’s set to (Default to UTC or Default to Local), the clock only shows time for the UTC timezone. The same thing is the case if I try to change the time under System Settings; the only timezone in the timezone list is UTC.
