I have downloaded KDE 4.1 for my operating system[OpenSuse 11]. I turn off the “panel”. Now when I want to turn it on its always on the top of the monitor. How can I get it to the bottom?
I couldn’t get it down either, until I updated all the KDE stuff. If you have the latest, that might not work for you. But until I updated, all I could do when dragging was to make the panel bigger. It would not move off the top.
I have solved the problem now. In the menu where you made the planel bigger you can chace the position. You must hold the left mouse button and then draw it to the bottom.
