before the upgrade to kde 4.1, the battery meter plasmoid when configured, has the feature to enable transparent background. However when upgraded, this feature is gone, any idea how I can get it back as its pretty ugly with a border around the battery, thanks!
Maybe I am missing something, but I don’t have that configuration feature, and I don’t remember ever having it before.
Are you sure it wasn’t the plasma theme you were running? Some of the themes give you fairly transparent plasmoids, and some don’t.
yes tehre was an option to allow the battery meter to have a trasnaprent background instead of a gray box surrounding it. after the 4.1 upgrade, that option is gone.
