Kbluelock feature is disabled in current version of KBluetooth4. So just wait…
Are you sure? I just upgraded to latest factory version, and still, it will not function properly. Do you know when it is going to support this feature?
I have got it working with OpenSuse 11.0 and KDE 3.5.9.
It requires that you also start and keep running KBlueMon with the option ‘Periodic Scan’ checked.

Where do I find kbluemon? What is it?
You can install it using YAST. It is part of the KDEBluetooth package.
After installation you can start it via the menu option System - Monitor - kbluemon.
