I have a problem with my Kate 2.5.10 (Using KDE 3.5.10 "release 21.11 openSUSE).
I am new to OpenSuse and just installed version 11.1 with KDE 4.1
Before I had Kubuntu with KDE 4.2
Like on Kubuntu I added some of my ftp-accounts as network-folders with Dolphin. But on OpenSuse Kate does not show those network-folders. See: http://www.correnz.net/kate_network_folder.png
So I am unable to open or save directly to an ftp-folder.
When I try clicking the “Add new network folder” in Kate, it just closes the “Open File”-window without doing anything.
However, opening a file with Kate from an ftp-folder via Dolphin and then bookmarking that folder works.
Still I would like to be able to save new files directly, so could anyone tell me where the error might be? =)
