Kate - Error loading data providers

Hi,

In Kate, if I click: Settings -> Manage Templates -> Download, I get a pop-up error message, “There was an error loading data providers.”.

I googled and checked the Kate Handbook, but could not find additional info on “data providers” and where they are stored/managed.

Any help would be appreciated.

Environment:
OpenSuSE 11.2 64-bit (Intel® Core™ i7, Intel® Desktop Board DP55WB - P55 Express Chipset)
Default distribution repositories, as installed, KDE 4.3.1, Kate 3.3.1.

Can’t help further as I don’t use templates in kate.
