Hi!
for some 6 weeks now I have on an dual-boot (TW latest, Leap 15.5) no TV picture for low-res DVB-S channels in TW (HD channels fine), while it works perfectly fine on Leap for both, low-res and HD channels.
Kaffeine is version 2.0.18 on both (according to kaffeine info), but in TW Yast says it’s 2.0.40 (211.2 from KDE:unstable) and Leap 15.5 (20230531T022124 from KDE-extra repo).
In TW in the console I see when switching to a low-res TV channel:
