Your green files have no read permission for others, only owner and group. Perhaps it’s a k3b permission issue (like adding yourself to the cdrom group to be able to record), or you could change some file permissions and see if they are recognized by k3b.
Files without “x” is only 9, rest of 251 has “x”. K3b see only 52 files.
I have the same files on server (NFS4), and K3B see only 52 from 251 files too.
Again, NFS mounted or not should not matter. And the permissions should not matter as long as user marek (the owner) is executing k3b, because the owner has read permission. More is not needed.
I do not see any logic in this 52. Only thing I can imagine is a restriction because of the CD/DVD. Thus my size question. Could also be a maximum number of music pieces allowed on a CD/DVD. I really have no idea.
I just opened a KDE session searching many files via nfs - no issues here. I first thought about space restrictions, too. But according to the image there is a blueray disk with plenty of space. Right?
I’d still think about the permissions:

I think the “x” isn’t the issue. It’s rather the “r” for the other’s permission as brunomcl said:
-rw-r--**r**--
How many files are lacking that one? This, of course, only matters if K3b isn’t run by user marek as henk suggested.
I took a look at my photo archives on this Leap 15.2 system – XFS file system – and the same directories again on a NAS archive – not XFS …
Adding a complete directory full of 188 X3F images (Sigma RAW files) or 122 JPEG images – either from the local XFS directory or, from the NAS archive directory – to a new fresh K3b project, is always successful – all the images are always found by K3B …
Is this an issue with the K3b version being delivered with Tumbleweed?
I made backup on blu-ray. I have 375 folders and problem is only in 4 of them.
I think it isn’t problem with disk, because when I made new project without disc and added problematic folder, K3B see only 52 files from 251.
I see all files in KDE, Krusader, console, etc. but in K3B not
