just have ordered the brandnew Nexus 5 - the shop only was able to offer 16 gb
is this enough - or should i take the 32 g b version
it is not too late to do this -

I think it depends on the amount and size of the files/data you’re going to save / keep on it 
For my personal needs the 16 GB would be fine - If you’re really in need of the 32 GB then go for it.
I have a Blackberry Z10 - it’s a great phone.

do you think i can use the cloud for an - so called “extendet memory”?

A couple of things, just to make you think about cloud as an extension of your phone’s storage:
- Before synced to whatever cloud solution, photo’s etc are being stored on your phone.
- It’s easy to use just 10GB on a 32GB storage equipped phone, it’s impossible to store 16.0001 GB on a 16GB storage equipped phone.
- Many cloud solutions don’t let you work from the cloud storage, the cloud content is synced to and from your phone
