Juniper Network VPN: problem

Hello,

I am running openSUSE 11.2 64 bits with KDE. I am currently trying to get access to my university VPN but got stuck with 64 bit issue. Apparently Juniper does not support 64 bit Linux systems and there are some slight difficulties in getting it work.

I was trying to google the problem and found out following links.

Link 1

Link 2 (mad scientist)

Link 3

All of the were quite useful but I have not solved the problem. Currently I am getting an error:
failed to load ncui library
from a modified version of mad scientist script.

According to the third link it means that I am using 64 bit java components. Could you please tell me how can I fall back to 32 bit java for the purpose of this application?

If you have any other comments or hints please share.

An easy work-around is to install a 32 bit Firefox as a separate instance and link it to 32 bit Java.

This link explains very well how to achieve this feat:
