I would like to know if I can install openSUSE Tumbleweed Network Image. I have the following specifications:
Memory: 16 GB RAM
Processor: Intel Quad Core i7-2600K CPU @ 3.40GHz from 2011
Graphics: NVidia GeForce GTX 460, 1Gb GDDR5
500 Gb SSD
openSUSE will be the main SO on it. I would really appreciate any information on this.

This is more than enough. It will work flawlessly.
The requirements can easily be found on the download page:
System Requirements
2 Ghz dual core processor or better
2GB physical RAM + additional memory for your workload
Over 40GB of free hard drive space
Either a DVD drive or USB port for the installation media
Internet access is helpful, and required for the Network Installer
