I am a new user to the suse. I have installed it on my HP4525s laptop and the only issue I seem to be having is the number pad on the right side of the keyboard will only control the mouse. I am a avid user of the number pad for all my number entries that I do. I have looked all over the place and keep finding the same steps in fixing this. The only issue is that in the keyboard or mouse setting in the Yast there is no option for turning off the mouse controls with the number pad. I am not sure of what all info would be needed for this help. I will provide any info that may help in this fix. Just let me know what is needed.
Are you using the Gnome 3 desktop? (I can only guess, since my KDE4 desktop does not behave like that.)
