When I try to install imager of OpenSuse Tumbleweed verison openSUSE-Tumbleweed-DVD-x86 64-Snapshot20200618-Media, I recevie issue the following text :

There seems to be a fix being worked on. About the best you can do is wait until it is fixed. Or you could install Leap, and then upgrade it to Tumbleweed (online upgrade).
Apparently it does not happen in English locale, so workaround could be install in English and add languages later.
