Zypper dup is offering me 130 package updates today. Is this the GM or just an interim set? Should I wait until Friday?
GM arrives on november 11 as far as i know so i don`t think you have GM

I think the number of packages in a update to GM would be an order of
magnitude larger than that!

I suspect that it well might be as the GM is due at the end of the week and surely the powers that be would want to leave a few days testing time for the batch of updates to rc2 now in the snapshot repo.

Guess some parts(good old stable parts) of the final release are alredy in the repos.
I guess that if I do a clean install after Friday, using the NET install CD from rc2, it should install the final release. Since it installs over the net from the repos, and since the repos should be in final state by then, I think that should work.
