there some famous icon set for gnome, such as faenza and faience. is there any for KDE?

i think oxygen,crystal fall under this category.

I think you can consider most downloaded as famous i guess

thanks for your tips. K-Hi-Lights, Reflektions_KDE4, Milky, Nitrux OS Icons, Revuelto seems to be wonderful. but i can not find rpm packages for them in software.opensuse.org

KDE supports installing theme packages so you do not need .rpm installers.

On opening the icon theme page ,installation instruction will usually be provided but it is messy process.Especially removal process is kind of turn off.

Ensure that you download the rpms and install instead of adding the repos to YaST as these :slight_smile:
I am OK with adding KDE:Extra as a repo though. It in the list of Community repos in YaST
