Yes the squid is Slow in the browser i have 20 pc on my network and my cache_mem 64 MB and disk maximum_object_size 5000 mb
For example, it need to 200 Mb Ram .

That sounds quite reasonable memory usage for 20 users. 200MB is nothing these days.

You might want to tune squid, there are documents at squid’s home page.
