is there any difference between downloading 11.4 .iso at release and now

I downloaded 11.4 DVD .iso within a couple of days of its release some months ago.
Since then there have been many online updates etc.
If I were to download 11.4 DVD .iso again now, would the dvd download include all the updates, or would the .iso still be identical to the one I initially downloaded some time back?

The download is the same as it was at initial release. Including updates
would require additional testing cycles that are better put into the
upcoming release instead.

Absolutely identical.
