Is there an emacs from the last couple of years?

Emacs on Leap 15.3 is 4 years old (from 2017). Because it’s so old, I have a few problems with elisp (the programming).

Is there some rpm that would be at least version: emacs 26.2 (from 2019)? An emacs 27 would be even better.

For openSUSE Leap 15.3 run the following as root:

zypper addrepo https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/editors/openSUSE_Leap_15.3/editors.repo
zypper refresh
zypper install emacs
