I have selected the ISO file, but the dropdown below won’t show a thing. This should mean SUSE Studio ImageWriter is not able to see my USB flash drive 
(Which I have no problem seeing in Windows Explorer)

After I posted this question it occurred to me to google it (rolling eyes). So I ended up doing it with Uni USB Installer.
I haven’t tried it yet, but it looked like it worked.
