Is there a program which ships for openSUSE 15.1 which combines multiple html files into one file?

I am looking for a program which automatically combines a bunch of html files with url references to each other into a single html file whose urls then point to the new position within that output file. Is there one available for 15.1 on download.opensuse.org which does this?

HTMLDOC may, possibly, go some way to resolving your issue but, you may have to work through the generated HTML file to resolve the URLs in the included source HTML files.
