Is there a Lame MP3 encoder for Gstreamer anywhere?

Hi all. I’m new and had no idea where to ask this.

I know MP3 = patents and all, but I was wondering if there’s an unofficial repository that has a Lame plug in for Gstreamer. I’ve used Ubuntu for several years and this is available in one giant metapackage.

I know the lame library is available through the packman repo
(Yast–>Software Repositories–>Add–>Community Repositories–>Packman).
There may be a gstreamer plugin there too.

I seem to have bumped into it and installed it by accident with one of the other Gstreamer packages, cause it’s showing up in Banshee and Soundconverter now.
