Is the mouse shaker gone in KDE 6?

Previously there was a setting under accessibility to enable “shaking” the mouse to produce an enlarged mouse pointer. I have optical floaters which make it difficult for me to pick out a small mouse pointer. I relied on the mouse shaker to find my mouse. Now I can’t find it. Does anybody know where it is?

I just logged into my Leap 16, using “Plasma / X11” at the SDDM login screen. The Shake Cursor option is missing in Accessibility section.

So, I logged out, then at the SDDM login screen, I selected “Plasma / Wayland” and the Shake Cursor option is available in the Accessibility section.

So, I’d say you have to use “Plasma / Wayland” option when you log in, for the Shake Cursor to be available.

I would never, ever, have thought of that. I had switched to X11 when the KDE6 rollout went sideways and I couldn’t login.
