Is Slowroll what you'd call a "stable rolling release" distro?

I currently run Leap 15.6 on my desktop PC, and I see myself as an LTS guy. I know that Slowroll is a flavour of Tumbleweed that gives you less frequent updates, but when it comes to update sizes (in MB or GB) and, most importantly, package versions, are they also different? If you run Slowroll, could you tell me the version of some of the packages in your system (kernel, DE)? I like the idea of running a stable distro that I don’t need to fully upgrade every year, I just want to know if that’s the idea o Slowroll. Thanks!

That pretty much answers my question, thanks.
