Of course, I know this is not the case.
I know this is a problem we have seen before, off and on.
I know that hackers did not get in here from Korea or elsewhere in the East.
But, this is actually quite unprofessional, and does not enhance confidence and credibility.
You would think someone higher up would take this seriously.
Logging into the forums with an English only openSUSE install, from Canada, I should not see this and its variants time and again:

It is a problem that has already been reported (by mod staff) and work in progress AFAIU.
I’ve passed the message on to Kim…
Ah, yes, thanks.
I meant to pop a smiley into that, but forgot when I hit the submit button. Now, of course, it is too late.
I saw that once, a week or three ago.
I closed the browser tab, then tried again. The next time I got the correct display.

For those reading this and being afraid of using such a strange login page:
Those “other language and character” login pages are not as intended;
There seem to be not only Chinese versions (striking to most people), but also Italian (and who knows what more) are seen;
Staff is aware of it;
You can use those foreign language pages to do your normal login without further negative effects.
We all hope this to be repaired asap.
I just assumed it was a new feature to show how global we are!

I reported this a while back before this thread
and saw it again while about to log in.
openSUSE is a multicultural distro.
Ahem. If they were really afraid, they probably wouldn’t be reading this.

I was trying to contribute some humour, as hinted by the smiley.
I’m sorry/saddened that you didn’t see it.

I didn’t know there were rednecks in Canada too, thought they only had polar bears
