I can’t find the right forum to ask such question, even not right place to post in Forum Moderators Area. so I post here. welcome to move if you know where
It started from yesterday, I can’t receive any digest from 3 lists I subscribed: opensuse-packaging, opensuse-kernel, opensuse-translation. and post to them failed, -help mail failed either:

I use Gmail and my IP located in Far East. I don’t know if it is server down, ordinary maintain work or Gmail problem. how could I contact list help desk if -help is also out of work?
Hi
There was mention on IRC #opensuse-project about bounced mails, they
had an issue a few weeks back as well I believe. Jump on IRC and see if
someone knows more.

There was a page with contact links, but I don’t remember which. Yes, the
server is indeed bouncing.

A bugzilla, for example.

There is an issue currently, yes - it’ll probably get fixed on Monday
morning in Nuremberg. They had a space issue a few weeks back, and it’s
bouncing replies right now, so chances are they’ve run into the same
issue.

That part is solved today, but they have other issues, like mail commands
not working, since a while.
For example, I wrote an email to the test list, it did not bounce like
yesterday, but it did not pass either, and I don’t get a “you are not
subscribed” or any other error back. It appears the server eats messages it
thinks in error like spam.
