Is linux growing in your country too?

We all know about the linux counter but are there local counters for your countries?
I found such in my (Serbia), witch in couple of mounts grew really fast. I, personally, didnt expect it to be heard of but people are mapping themselves.
I installed openSUSE on a couple of friends laptops witch are noobs even for windoze, and they are amazed at how linux doesnt have viruses, reg cleaners, defragmenters, has 3d DE, and uses half the memory as vista. They arent mappped yet but ill suggest that as they get better acquainted with the chameleon.

Here is the map ( nicely done I might add )
Linux Mapa Srbije - Linux korisnici Srbije

parasitic Ubuntu is first but we have an official LoCo forum branch in Serbia
Fedora is (IMO) slowly dying, but it has a history since Redhat in my country ( even saw billboards when RHES 5 came out )
openSUSE is sharing second although it is not in the spotlight

Herein the USA Linux is growing about 1% a month. We are soooo behind.

Well, I don’t know any numbers but it’s not the first time I’ve heard the words “It comes with linux” from the mouth of someone not related to the computer business at all (read as “geek”). The last time when observing an Eee PC.

We are also in our Arab increasing number of Linux users (ubunut), (opensuse) is a large and sudden :stuck_out_tongue:
